Request account and data deletion

This page explains how Torra users can request deletion of their account and associated data. It applies to the Torra mobile app and web platform operated by Nectorra.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the address linked to your Torra account to support@nectorra.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
  3. Include your full name, phone number, and the country where you use Torra so we can verify the account.
  4. If you are a seller or provider, include your business/display name and any active listing links you want us to identify.

We may ask you to complete a verification step before deleting the account so that no one else can delete your data without authorization.

Processing time

We aim to acknowledge account deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, dispute, or regulatory reasons.

Data we delete

  • Account profile details such as name, email, phone number, profile photo, saved preferences, and account settings.
  • Saved listings, wishlist entries, device tokens, notification preferences, and non-essential in-app activity linked only to your account.
  • Seller/provider profile content and draft or inactive listings where we do not need to retain them for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
  • Messages and support records that are not required for active disputes, safety investigations, legal compliance, or transaction records.

Data we may keep for a limited period

  • Transaction, payment, subscription, tax, invoice, and accounting records may be retained where required by law or financial compliance obligations.
  • Records connected to fraud prevention, abuse reports, trust and safety reviews, chargebacks, disputes, or legal claims may be retained while the issue remains active and for a reasonable limitation period afterward.
  • An irreversible deletion/audit record may be kept to prove that your request was processed and to prevent unauthorized account recreation or abuse.
  • Content already shared with other users may be removed from public view where possible, but copies that users already received or records held by third-party processors may follow their own retention schedules.

What happens after deletion

Once deletion is complete, you may lose access to your Torra account, seller/provider tools, messages, saved listings, active listings, and related account features. If you return to Torra later, you may need to create a new account and submit any required verification again.
