How to sell on Torra

A step-by-step guide to opening your seller workspace, setting up a trustworthy profile, choosing a subscription, and publishing listings across Torra's commerce categories.

Marketplace sellers

Sell physical goods, everyday products, and merchant inventory from a storefront profile.

Service providers

Offer contracting, professional, and local services with service areas and specialization details.

Real estate providers

List property, agency details, and location information with verification before publishing.

Vehicle rental providers

Publish rental vehicles with availability, rental type, pricing, and location context.

The setup flow

From account to publish-ready workspace

Torra onboarding is designed to make buyers confident about who they are contacting. Your profile, verification, plan, and policies all work together before listings go live.

Step 1

Create or sign in to your account

Start with an email-based Torra account. Existing buyer accounts can continue into seller onboarding without creating a second login.

Step 2

Choose what you sell

Select one or more business categories: marketplace goods, services, real estate, or vehicle rentals. You can adjust these later in profile settings.

Step 3

Build your public profile

Add your store or business name, short description, city, LGA, address details, logo or photo, WhatsApp number, contact visibility, and preferred contact hours.

Step 4

Complete identity verification

Provide legal name and government ID details. Business sellers can add CAC and director information. Real estate publishing requires verification.

Step 5

Select a subscription plan

Pick Bronze, Silver, or Gold for the category you want to publish in. Each plan supports 3, 6, or 12-month terms, and final pricing is confirmed by the server before payment.

Step 6

Accept marketplace policies

Review acceptable use, prohibited items, listing quality, dispute expectations, privacy, and cancellation or refund expectations before your workspace is completed.

What makes a strong listing?

Buyers scan quickly. The strongest listings answer the main questions before a buyer has to ask: what is it, where is it, what does it cost, can I trust it, and how do I contact the seller?

  • Use a specific title that names the product, service, property, or vehicle clearly.
  • Add clean photos that show the real item, space, work, or vehicle condition.
  • Include price, location, availability, category, and condition or service details where relevant.
  • Keep WhatsApp and phone visibility accurate so buyers know how to reach you.
  • Avoid prohibited items and claims you cannot verify.
  • Update or pause listings when stock, booking availability, or rental status changes.

Use the dashboard that matches your business

When setup is complete, Torra sends you to the workspace for your selected category. Sellers with multiple categories can manage the relevant verticals from their account.

  • Marketplace sellers manage products from the marketplace seller dashboard.
  • Service providers manage service profiles, work details, and customer interest from the service provider dashboard.
  • Real estate providers manage properties from the real estate provider dashboard.
  • Vehicle rental providers manage rentals, availability, and vehicle details from the vehicle rentals dashboard.

Make it easy for buyers to trust and contact you.

Complete your logo or profile photo, keep WhatsApp details current, respond quickly, and maintain accurate listing information. Strong seller behavior is part of the product experience on Torra.
