Understanding subscription plans
A full breakdown of Torra's Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans — what each tier includes, how billing terms work, how pricing is confirmed, and what happens when your subscription expires or you want to upgrade.
Plan tiers

All three tiers give you the same core access to Torra's seller tools. The only difference is how many active listings you can hold at once.

Best for: Growing sellers managing a moderate catalogue across goods, services, or rentals.

Billing terms
Choose your billing period
Every plan tier is available on a 3, 6, or 12-month billing term. The tier you choose and the term you pick both affect the total you pay.
3 months
Shortest commitment. Useful if you want to test a new category before committing longer.
6 months
Mid-range term. A balance of flexibility and lower cost per month compared to the 3-month option.
12 months
Best value per month. Suited to established sellers running their business continuously on Torra.
How pricing is confirmed
Reference amounts on the subscription step follow Torra's published rates. The server confirms the exact amount due before you reach the Paystack payment screen.
View published pricing- You select a plan tier and billing term during Step 5 of seller onboarding.
- The page shows reference amounts that follow Torra's published rates.
- When you continue to payment, the server confirms the exact amount due.
- The final amount reflects the standard rate unless a promo code or discount applies to your account.
- Promo codes redeemed at sign-up can change the amount you are charged.
- You see the final confirmed price on the Paystack payment screen before entering card details.
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade your plan tier or change billing terms from your profile settings. Here is what to expect.
- Upgrades from Bronze to Silver or Gold take effect immediately.
- To upgrade, navigate to your profile settings and select subscription management.
- You pay the difference for the remaining term when upgrading within an active period.
- Changing your billing term (e.g. 3 months to 12 months) takes effect at the next renewal cycle.
- Each seller category requires its own separate subscription — a Marketplace Gold plan does not cover Real Estate listings.
When your subscription expires
An expired subscription takes your listings offline but does not delete your account or data. Renewing restores everything.
- Active listings for that category are taken offline and hidden from buyers.
- Your profile and account remain intact — no data is lost.
- Renewing your subscription restores your listings immediately.
- Listings that exceed your new plan's slot limit remain unpublished until you reduce active listings to within the limit.
