Managing your seller dashboard

After onboarding, your dashboard is where your listings live. This guide covers adding listings, editing them, keeping your profile current, and managing your subscription status from day to day.

Your workspace

Which dashboard matches your business

Torra gives each seller type its own dedicated dashboard. After onboarding, you land in the workspace for your selected category. Sellers across multiple verticals have access to each relevant dashboard from their account.

Marketplace seller dashboard

Manage your product catalogue. Add new products, edit existing listings, update pricing, change stock status, and publish or unpublish items.

Service provider dashboard

Manage your service profiles, update what you offer, adjust service areas, and track buyer enquiries and bookings from interested customers.

Real estate provider dashboard

Manage property listings, update prices and availability, add new properties, and track enquiries from prospective buyers or tenants.

Vehicle rentals dashboard

Manage your rental fleet, update vehicle availability and pricing, edit rental terms, and track rental interest from buyers.

Listing management

Core listing actions

All dashboards share the same core listing actions. The steps are the same whether you are managing a product, service, property, or vehicle.

Add a new listing

Use the 'Add listing' or 'New product' button in your dashboard. Fill in all required fields — title, category, price, location, description — then upload photos before submitting.

Edit an existing listing

Find the listing card in your dashboard and select the edit action. You can update any field at any time. Changes are visible to buyers immediately after saving.

Publish or unpublish

Listings can be toggled live or offline from your dashboard. Unpublish when an item is sold, a property is off market, or a service is temporarily unavailable.

Delete a listing

Permanently remove a listing from your dashboard. Deleted listings cannot be recovered. Use unpublish instead if you may need the listing again.

Keeping your listing quality high

Active listing management keeps buyers finding accurate information and reaching sellers who are ready to transact.

  • Unpublish listings when the item is sold or the slot is booked — stale listings waste buyer time.
  • Update prices promptly when your rates change rather than negotiating away from the listed amount.
  • Add new photos if the original images no longer represent the current state of the item or property.
  • Respond to buyer enquiries within 24 hours — responsiveness directly affects how buyers perceive your profile.
  • Review listing descriptions periodically and tighten any information that has become outdated.

Profile and contact upkeep

Your profile is what buyers see when they visit your seller page. Keeping it current prevents missed enquiries and builds buyer confidence over time.

  • Keep your WhatsApp number current — buyers use it to contact you directly.
  • Update your service area or delivery coverage if your business moves or expands.
  • Refresh your profile photo or business logo when your branding changes.
  • Review and update your business description to reflect what you currently offer.
  • Check your contact visibility settings regularly to confirm buyers can reach you.

Subscription and limits

Subscription reminders

Listing limits apply per plan

Bronze supports up to 5 active listings. Silver supports up to 10. Gold supports unlimited. Unpublish inactive listings to stay within your tier.

Publishing requires an active subscription

If your subscription lapses, your active listings will be taken offline. Renew your plan from profile settings to restore them.

Subscription applies per vertical

If you sell across multiple categories, each vertical needs its own active subscription. One plan covers all listings within that single category.
