The Torra Marketplace connects buyers with sellers of physical products across Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana. Listings are organised by category, location, condition, and price so you can find exactly what you need.

Browsing and searching
The marketplace home shows featured and recent products, with full-text search and filters layered on top.
- Filter by category, price range, condition (new or used), and location down to state level.
- Sort results by relevance, price, or featured status — featured listings from subscribed sellers appear first.
- Each product card shows the price, location, condition, and the seller's verification status at a glance.
Product pages
Every product has a dedicated page with a photo gallery, full description, pricing, and seller information.
- Photo galleries support up to 25 images per listing.
- Seller cards show the verified badge where the seller has completed identity verification.
- Ratings and reviews from previous buyers appear directly on the product page.
- Use the contact and chat actions to message the seller without leaving the page.
Contacting a seller
Torra is a connection marketplace: you deal with the seller directly through built-in messaging.

- Agree on price, delivery, and payment terms with the seller before committing.
Listing a product
Sellers who have completed onboarding can create product listings from their marketplace seller dashboard.
- Add a title, description, category, condition, price, and location.
- Upload up to 25 photos per listing — clear, well-lit photos significantly improve buyer response.
- Listings can be edited at any time from the seller dashboard.
- Listing limits and featured placement depend on your subscription tier.
How to do it, step by step
The exact clicks for the most common marketplace actions.
- 1Contact a seller: open the product page and click “Message seller” in the sidebar — the chat opens in your messages inbox.
- 2Save a product: click “Save to wishlist” on the product page (it switches to “Saved to wishlist” once added), or tap the heart icon on a listing card.
- 3Create a listing: sign in as a seller, click your avatar and choose “Marketplace Dashboard”, then click “Add product” (or “Add your first product” if the dashboard is empty) and complete the listing form.
- 4Edit or preview a listing: in the Marketplace Dashboard, use the “Edit” and “View” buttons on each product card.
- 5Become a marketplace seller: click your avatar and choose “Become a Seller”, or use the “Join as a Seller” button shown in the marketplace header.

Each product listing supports up to 25 photos.
Does Torra handle product delivery?
No. Buyers and sellers arrange delivery and handover directly. Torra provides the listing, messaging, and trust tools to make that safe.
What does the featured label mean?
Featured listings belong to sellers on higher subscription tiers and receive priority placement in browsing and search results.
