Booking a viewing

Interested in a property? Request a booking directly from the listing.

• Submit a booking request with your preferred date and details.
• The agent confirms or proposes an alternative through Torra messaging.
• Your booking history is available from your account.

Listing property as an agent

Real estate is Torra's most strictly verified vertical: agents must be approved before listings go live.

• Register as a real estate provider through the real-estate registration flow or seller onboarding.
• Identity verification is mandatory for real estate — listings are not published until your agent details are approved.
• Once approved, create and manage property listings from the real estate provider dashboard.
• Property reviews from clients build your public reputation over time.

How to do it, step by step

The exact clicks for browsing properties and listing as an agent.

1. 1Browse properties: open “Real Estate” in the main navigation and use the search and filters to narrow by type, price, and location.
2. 2Request a viewing: open a property page and click “Schedule a Viewing” — fill in the inquiry form and the agent responds through Torra messaging.
3. 3Go back to results: use the “Back to listings” button at the top of any property page.
4. 4Save a property: tap the heart icon on the listing to add it to your wishlist.
5. 5Start listing property: click the “List Property” button shown in the header while browsing real estate, then complete registration and verification.
6. 6Manage your listings: once approved, click your avatar and choose “Realtor Dashboard”.
