Reviews and ratings

Reviews are Torra's reputation system. Buyers rate their experience with sellers across all four marketplaces, and those ratings appear on listings and profiles to guide future buyers.

Leaving a review

After a transaction, share how it went.

  • Reviews combine a star rating with written feedback.
  • Each marketplace has its own review type: product reviews, service reviews, property reviews, and vehicle rental reviews.
  • Be specific and honest — reviews exist to inform the next buyer.

How ratings are displayed

Ratings aggregate into a public trust signal.

  • Listings show an average star rating and review count.
  • Individual reviews appear on listing and profile pages.
  • Ratings also feed into search-result product data, improving how listings appear in search engines.

How to leave a review, step by step

Reviews are submitted from the listing you transacted on.

  1. 1Sign in, then open the listing page of the product, service, property, or vehicle you used.
  2. 2Scroll to the reviews section and open the review form.
  3. 3Pick a star rating, write what went well or badly, and submit.
  4. 4Your review appears on the listing and feeds the seller's average rating.

Moderation

Torra moderates reviews to keep them genuine.

  • Reviews that violate platform rules (spam, abuse, fake reviews) can be removed by moderators.
  • Sellers cannot edit or delete buyer reviews.
  • Report an abusive or fraudulent review to Torra support.

Frequently asked questions

Can sellers remove bad reviews?

No. Only Torra moderation can remove reviews, and only when they break platform rules — not for being negative.

Can I edit my review?

Contact support if you need to correct a review after posting.

Do reviews affect search ranking?

Highly rated listings are more attractive to buyers, and rating data is included in listing metadata used by search engines.
