Selling on Torra: onboarding and dashboards
Becoming a seller on Torra is a guided, multi-step onboarding flow. You choose which marketplace(s) to sell in, set up your seller profile, verify your identity, and pick a subscription plan — then manage everything from a vertical-specific dashboard.

The onboarding flow
Seller onboarding walks you through everything needed to go live, step by step. You can save progress and return later, and edit your details after completing it.
- Account — confirm your account details and choose your seller path: Marketplace (goods), Services, Real Estate, or Vehicle Rentals, or combine several.
- Profile — set up your seller profile with business or personal details, location, contact information, and your identity verification details (see the Verification & KYC doc).
- Plans — pick a subscription plan for each vertical you sell in, apply a promo code if you have one, and pay via Paystack checkout.
- Finish onboarding and your seller workspace goes live.
Seller dashboards
Each vertical gets its own dashboard, tailored to what you sell.
- Marketplace seller dashboard — create and manage product listings, track views and inquiries.
- Service provider dashboard — manage your professional profile, service listings, and customer inquiries.
- Real estate provider dashboard — manage property listings and booking requests (after verification approval).
- Vehicle rentals provider dashboard — manage your fleet, with per-vehicle editing.
Editing your seller setup
Seller details aren't locked in after onboarding.
- Re-open onboarding in edit mode to update your seller profile, paths, or details.
- Upgrade, downgrade, or change subscription plans from your profile's subscription page.
- Add new seller paths later — for example, a product seller can add a services profile.
How to do it, step by step

- 1Start onboarding: click your avatar in the header and choose “Become a Seller”, or use the contextual header button — “Join as a Seller” on the marketplace, “Offer a Service” on services, “List Property” on real estate, “List Your Vehicle” on vehicle rentals.
- 2Follow the onboarding stepper: Account → Profile → Plans. Your progress is saved, so you can leave and resume.
- 3Open your dashboard afterwards: the avatar dropdown shows a dashboard entry per path — “Marketplace Dashboard”, “Services Dashboard”, “Realtor Dashboard”, or “Vehicle Rentals Dashboard”.
- 4Edit your seller setup later: choose “Profile Settings” from the avatar dropdown, or re-open onboarding in edit mode from your seller profile.

- Complete verification — the badge measurably improves buyer trust.
- Use clear photos and detailed, honest descriptions.
- Respond quickly to messages; buyers usually contact several sellers.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sell in more than one marketplace?
Yes. Onboarding lets you choose multiple seller paths, and each gets its own dashboard and subscription.
Do I need to finish verification before listing?
For marketplace, services, and vehicle rentals you can continue onboarding while verification is under review. Real estate is the exception: listings publish only after verification approval.
What does a subscription cost?
Plans come in Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers, priced per vertical. See the pricing page for current rates in your country.
