• Unread indicators show which conversations need attention.

Notifications

Torra notifies you about activity that needs your attention.

• New messages, booking updates, and account events generate notifications.
• Notification preferences are managed from your account settings.

How to message, step by step

From listing to live conversation in a few clicks.

1. 1Sign in first — messaging requires an account.
2. 2On a product page, click “Message seller”; on a vehicle page, click “Message owner”; on a property, submit a “Schedule a Viewing” inquiry; on a service profile, use the contact action.
3. 3Open your inbox any time via the “Messages” icon in the header.
4. 4Reply from the conversation view — messages deliver instantly while both sides are online.

Staying safe in chat

Keep deals inside Torra messaging — it protects both sides.

• Keep agreements in chat so there's a record of the terms.
• Never share passwords, card numbers, or OTP codes in messages.
• Report suspicious behaviour to Torra support.
